Abstract
(EN)
A secondary winding structure of a transformer fabricated by laminating circular insulator sheets, each having an opening at the center thereof. The secondary winding structure is composed of two laminated flexible transformer elements and a magnetic layer intervened between the transformer elements. The transformer elements are composed of a first flexible insulator member having a first plurality of conductors on a surface thereof, a second flexible insulator member having a second plurality of conductors on a surface thereof, and first and second insulator layers attached on said first and second insulator members, respectively to expose the respective terminal ends of said first and second conductors. The terminal ends of said first conductors are coupled to those of said second conductors to form a patterned coil which surrounds said first insulator layer, said magnetic layer and said second insulator layer. The first and second transformer elements have first and second pairs of holes, respectively. The first pair of holes are in alignment with the second pair of holes, whereby the first and second transformer elements are aligned with each other to form the patterned coil.

On fabrique cette structure de secondaire d'un transformateur en disposant en couches des feuilles isolantes circulaires dont chacune présente une ouverture en son centre. Cette structure de secondaire comprend deux éléments souples de transformateur qui enserrent une couche magnétique. Ces éléments de transformateur sont constitués d'un premier isolateur souple présentant une première série de conducteurs à sa surface, d'un deuxième isolateur souple présentant une deuxième série de conducteurs à sa surface, et de deux couches isolantes fixées chacune sur un de ces isolateurs de façon à exposer les extrémités respectives de premiers et de deuxièmes conducteurs. Ces extrémités des premiers conducteurs sont raccordées à celles des deuxièmes conducteurs pour former un enroulement à configuration spécifique qui entoure la première couche isolante, la couche magnétique et la deuxième couche isolante. Les deux éléments transformateurs présentent chacun une paire d'orifices paires alignées entre elles, ce qui permet d'aligner entre eux lesdits éléments qui forment l'enroulement à configuration spécifique.
