Die Erfindung betrifft einen Durchlaufdampferzeuger (2) mit einem aus miteinander über Flossen (13) gasdicht verschweißten Dampferzeugerrohren (10) gebildeten Gaszug, dessen Dampferzeugerrohre (10) für den Durchfluß eines Strömungsmediums parallel geschaltet sind, auf ihrer Innenseite eine Oberflächenstruktur zum Erzeugen einer hohen Strömungsturbulenz im sie durchströmenden Medium aufweisen und in einem Befeuerungsbereich (V) des Gaszuges annähernd in einer Spiralwicklung angeordnet sind. Um einen derartigen Durchlaufdampferzeuger (2) auch bei niedrigen Lastzuständen von beispielsweise etwa 20 % der Auslegungslast betreiben zu können, ohne daß überhöhte Wärmespannungen auftreten, sind die Dampferzeugerrohre (10) des Durchlaufdampferzeugers (2) erfindungsgemäß derart ausgelegt, daß bei ihrem Betrieb der geodätische Druckverlust des es durchströmenden Mediums mindestens das 0,5-fache von dessen Reibungsdruckverlust beträgt.

The invention concerns a continuous-flow steam generator (2) with a gas flue made up of evaporation tubes (10) welded together with fins (13) to form a gastight seal. The tubes (10) are connected in parallel to allow a fluid to flow through them, have on their inside surface a structure designed to produce strong turbulence in the fluid flowing through them and are wound in an essentially spiral coil in the firing area (V) of the flue. In order to be able to operate a steam generator (2) of this kind under low loads of for instance about 20 % of the design load without causing excessive thermal stresses, the invention calls for the evaporation tubes (10) to be designed so that the geodesic losses in pressure in the fluid flowing through the tubes are at least 0.5 times the losses in pressure due to friction.

Cet évaporateur en continu (2) comprend un carneau de gaz formé de tubes évaporateurs (10) soudés les uns aux autres de manière étanche au gaz au moyen de parties jointives (13). Les tubes évaporateurs (10) sont connectés en parallèle pour laisser passer un milieu en écoulement et présentent sur leur face intérieure une structure superficielle qui génère une grande turbulence d'écoulement dans le milieu en écoulement. Ces tubes évaporateurs se situent dans la zone de combustion (V) du carneau de gaz à peu près dans un enroulement en spirale. Afin de pouvoir exploiter de tels évaporateurs en continu (2) même sous des charges réduites équivalant par exemple à environ 20 % de la charge prévue, sans que des contraintes thermiques excessives ne se produisent, les tubes évaporateurs (10) de l'évaporateur en continu (2) sont conçus de sorte que pendant leur exploitation, la perte de pression géodésique du milieu qui les traverse s'élève à au moins 0,5 fois ses pertes de pression par friction.
