Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Heben, Senken und Transport eines beweglichen, in einem flüssigkeitsgefüllten Becken (11) angeordneten Gegenstandes (10). Die Vorrichtung weist einen schwimmfähigen Tauchbehälter (2) auf, welcher einen mit einem Fluid (14) befüllbaren Flutraum (3) besitzt. Der Flutraum (3) ist an eine Fluidzuführung (4a) angeschlossen, so daß ihm Luft (14) zuführbar und/oder entnehmbar ist. Hierdurch läßt sich der Auftrieb des Tauchbehälters (2) so einstellen, daß der Gegenstand (10) gehoben und abgesenkt werden kann. Mit dem Tauchbehälter (2) ist eine Greifvorrichtung (5) zum Greifen des Gegenstandes (10) verbunden. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Handhabung von Brennelementen und Steuerstäben in einer Kernkraftanlage mittels der Vorrichtung (1).

The invention relates to a device (1) for lifting, lowering and transporting of a movable object (10) arranged in a fluid-filled pond (11). Said device has a buoyant dip tank (2) which has a reactor well (3) fillable with a fluid (14). Said reactor well (3) is attached to a fluid feed (4a) with the result that air (14) can be supplied and/or removed therefrom. Consequently, the buoyancy of the dip tank (2) can be adjusted to lift and lower the object (10). A device (5) for grasping the object (10) is connected to the dip tank (2). The invention also relates to a process for handling of fuel elements and control rods in a nuclear power plant using said device (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) destiné à lever, à abaisser et à transporter un objet mobile (10) dans un bassin (11) rempli de liquide, présentant une cuve à immersion flottante (2), cuve dont le puits du réacteur (3) est rempli d'un fluide (14). Le puits (3) est raccordé à une amenée de fluide (4a), de manière à permettre une amenée et/ou un retrait d'air. Il est ainsi possible de régler la flottabilité de la cuve à immersion (2) en vue de lever et d'abaisser l'objet (10). Un dispositif de préhension (5) de l'objet (10) est relié à la cuve à immersion (2). L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de manipuler des éléments combustibles et des barres de commande dans une centrale nucléaire, au moyen du dispositif précité (1).
