Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a device for the high-frequency catheter ablation of endomyocardial tissue, said device comprising an ablation catheter and an associated connection to a high-frequency generator or high-frequency ablation apparatus. According to the invention, in order to facilitate catheter ablation and reduce the amount of time and treatment necessary therefor, a catheter arrangement comprising a plurality of electrodes is provided, wherein a plurality of electrodes can be controlled selectively in order to coagulate preferably endomyocardial tissue.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'ablation par cathéter haute fréquence d'un tissu endomyocardique, comportant un cathéter d'ablation et un raccord associé au niveau d'un générateur haute fréquence ou un instrument d'ablation haute fréquence. Afin de simplifier l'ablation par cathéter et de réduire le temps ou le traitement requis à cet effet, il est prévu un système de cathéter regroupant plusieurs électrodes, dans lequel plusieurs électrodes peuvent être commandées de manière sélective, pour coaguler de préférence un tissu endomyocardique.
(DE) Damit bei einer Vorrichtung zur Hochfrequenz-Katheterablation endomyokardialen Gewebes mit einem Ablationskatheter und einem diesem zugeordneten Anschluß an einen Hochfrequenzgenerator oder ein Hochfrequenzablationsgerät die Katheterablation vereinfacht und der hierzu notwendige Zeit- und Behandlungsbedarf vermindert wird, ist eine mehrere Elektroden umfassende Katheter-Anordnung, bei welcher mehrere Elektroden selektiv ansteuerbar sind, um vorzugsweise endomyokardiales Gewebe zu koagulieren, vorgesehen.
