(EN)A light transmitting article for providing enhanced colour perception said article being treated with a light absorbing composition selected to reduce transmission of ultraviolet light and harmful blue light, the light absorbing composition being such that the transmission over a 10 nm wide band centred on 480 nm is at least approximately 2.0 times the integrated visible light transmission of the lens element; and the transmission over a 10 nm wide band centred on 630 nm is between approximately 1.05 to 2.0 times the integrated visible light transmission of the lens element.
(FR)Article transmettant la lumière, destiné à fournir une meilleure perception des couleurs, ledit article étant traité avec une composition absorbant la lumière choisie pour réduire la transmission de la lumière ultraviolette et de la lumière bleue nocive.
