(EN)Methods and apparatus for inhibiting the adverse effect of an ambient time varying field having an electric component and/or a magnetic component on a living system. To provide protection, the field to which the system is exposed is caused to be one wherein at least one of the characteristic parameters of said field to which the living system is exposed is changed within time intervals of less than 10 seconds. The strength of the field to which the living system is to be exposed is controlled as a function of the strength of the ambient field. Living systems which are benefitted include humans.
(FR)Procédés et appareils permettant d'inhiber les effets adverses d'un champ ambiant variable dans le temps, et présentant une composante électrique et/ou magnétique, sur un système vivant. Afin d'assurer une telle protection, on modifie au moins l'un des paramètres caractéristiques du champ auquel ledit système vivant est exposé à des intervalles inférieurs à 10 secondes. L'intensité du champ auquel le système vivant doit être exposé est régulé en tant que fonction de l'intensité du champ ambiant. L'homme fait partie des systèmes vivants pouvant bénéficier de cette protection.
