Abstract:
(EN) The rate of phase change of a digital pulse train providing a frequency-modulated component of interrogation frequency (16A) for an atomic frequency standard (10) can be varied, for example, by multiplexing a plurality of differently phased pulse trains to vary the rate of phase change in a digital interrogation frequency component, or by effecting phase delays and phase advances through the addition and substration of pulses of a digital interrogation frequency component.
(FR) Il est possible de faire varier la vitesse de changement de phase d'un train d'impulsions numériques donnant une composante à modulation de fréquences d'une fréquence d'interrogation (16A) pour un étalon de fréquence atomique (10), par exemple en multiplexant une pluralité de trains d'impulsions à phases différentes de façon à faire varier la vitesse de changement de phase dans une composante de fréquence d'interrogation numérique, ou en provoquant des retards de phase et des avances de phase par l'addition et la soustraction d'impulsions d'une composante de fréquence d'interrogation numérique.
