Abstract:
(EN) The micromotor (1) comprises a magnetic rotor (2) which is fixed on a shaft (3). The micromotor (1) further comprises a stator (4) having at least one winding, in this case a coil (5). Bearing means are provided to support the shaft (3) rotatably relative to the stator (4). The bearing means comprise a first silicon substrate (10) which has a V-groove (11), with a first bounding wall (11a) and a second bounding wall (11b). Both bounding walls (11a and 11b) extend parallel to the shaft (3). The bearing means further comprise a second silicon substrate (20) with a third bounding wall (21) which also extends parallel to the shaft (3). The shaft (3) is positioned relative to the stator (4) by the bounding walls (11a, 11b and 21).
(FR) Ce micromoteur (1) comprend un rotor magnétique (2) fixé sur un arbre (3), ainsi qu'un stator (4) présentant au moins un enroulement, dans le cas présent, une bobine (5). Un palier supporte l'arbre (3) de façon rotative par rapport au stator (4) et comprend un premier substrat silicone (10) présentant une gorge en V (11), délimitée par une première (11a) et une seconde (11b) paroi. Ces deux parois (11a et 11b) s'étendent parallèlement à l'arbre (3). Le palier comprend en outre un second substrat silicone (20) présentant une troisième paroi limite (21), également parallèle à l'arbre (3). L'arbre (3) est maintenu en place, par rapport au stator (4), par les parois limites (11a, 11b et 21).
