Abstract:
(EN) A transferred-electron photocathode or other opto-electronic device (24) having one light receiving side and one electronic side, in which multiple photocathodes are processed concurrently on a wafer for front and back side contacts and anti-reflection layers. After the wafer-level processing, the individual cells are diced, and each is placed in a rectangular recess formed in a window body with the light-receptive part of the photodiode (24) facing the window.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une photocathode à électrons transférés ou tout autre dispositif optoélectronique (24) possédant un côté récepteur de lumière et un côté électronique. Plusieurs photocathodes sont traitées simultanément sur une plaquette en vue de la formation de contacts sur les côtés avant et arrière et de couches anti-reflet. Après avoir effectué le traitement au niveau des plaquettes, les cellules individuelles sont découpées et placées chacune dans un renfoncement rectangulaire formé dans un corps de fenêtre, la partie de la photodiode (24) recevant la lumière faisant face à la fenêtre.
