Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an inductive component that comprises a magnetic core (1), coil (6) and yoke (7, 10). According to the invention, the magnetic core (1) comprises a cylinder (2) that has been wound from wide strip material around a non-magnetic material (5) such as to obtain planar outer ends (8, 9). Two flanges (3, 4) are wound from two narrow strips at the outer ends (8, 9) of the cylinder. The coil (6) is wound around the centre part of the cylinder (2) between the flanges (3, 4). Finally, the yoke (7, 10) is wound from strip material around the magnet core (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un composant inductif comprenant un noyau maagnétique (1), un bobinage (6), ainsi qu'une culasse (7, 10). Selon l'invention, le noyau magnétique (1) se compose d'un cylindre (2) enroulé, à partir d'un matériau en bande large, autour d'un matériau non magnétique (5), de manière à obtenir deux extrémités extérieures planes (8, 9). Deux joues (3, 4) sont enroulées, à partir de deux bandes étroites, au niveau des extrémités extérieures (8, 9) du cylindre. Le bobinage (6) est enroulé autour de la partie centrale du cylindre (2), entre les joues (3, 4). Enfin, la culasse (7, 10) est enroulée, à partir d'un matériau en bande, autour du noyau magnétique (1).
