Abstract:
(DE) In der Vorrichtung zur Bestimmung der Steifigkeit von Blattgut sind mechanische Mittel vorgesehen, die das Blattgut periodisch berühren und es so zu Schwingungen anregen. Die durch die Schwingung erzeugten Geräusche werden dann von einem Detektor detektiert. Aus den detektierten Geräuschen bestimmt eine Auswerteeinrichtung die Steifigkeit des Blattguts. Das Blattgut is derart in einer Transporteinrichtung gehalten bzw. geführt, daß es im Bereich der Berührung in gewissen Grenzen der mechanischen Einwirkung nachgeben kann, ohne irreversibel deformiert zu werden.
(EN) In the device for determining the stiffness of sheet-like articles, mechanical means are provided for touching the article intermittently, thus causing it to vibrate. The sounds produced by the vibrations are then detected by a detector. An evaluation device determines the stiffness of the paper articles from the sounds detected. The sheet-like articles are held and guided in a conveyer system in such a way that they can within certain limits yield to the mechanical force applied in the contact region without being irreversibly deformed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour déterminer la rigidité d'un produit en feuille comprenant des moyens mécaniques qui viennent périodiquement en contact avec le produit en feuille l'amenant ainsi à vibrer. Les bruits produits par la vibration sont alors détectés par un détecteur puis un dispositif d'évaluation détermine à partir des bruits détectés la rigidité du produit en feuille. Le produit en feuille est maintenu ou guidé dans un dispositif de transport de telle manière qu'il puisse, dans la zone de contact, céder dans certaines limites à l'effet mécanique sans subir de déformation irréversible.
