Abstract:
(EN) A computerised device for use as a visiting card, and a communication system using same, are disclosed. Said device is provided with a non-volatile personal data memory (22). The contents of at least one section of the personal data memory (22) may be transferred via a connecting interface (23) to a receiver (33) by controlling a user interface (25). The connection is achieved by means of acoustic, infrared or electrical radiation as a serial link. The related receiver (33) is connected to a personal database management system (7-10), or belongs to another computerised device used as a visiting card, in order to form a communication system. Said device is useful for data communications.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un objet informatique servant de carte de visite et un système de communication exploitant un tel objet. L'objet informatique de l'invention est doté d'une mémoire permanente (22) de données personnelles. Le contenu d'au moins une section de la mémoire (22) de données personnelles est transférable par une interface de liaison (23) vers un récepteur (33) au moyen de la commande d'une interface utilisateur (25). La liaison est réalisée par un rayonnement acoustique, infrarouge, ou électrique comme une liaison série. Le récepteur associé (33) est connecté à un système (7-10) de gestion de bases de données personneles, ou appartient à un autre objet informatique servant de carte de visite, de façon à constituer un système de communication.
