Abstract:
(EN) A mechanical part having a rolling contact surface (11a) with many isolated minute recesses. A maximum height Ry of a roughness curve R obtained by cutting this contact surface (11a) with a plane perpendicular thereto is 1-3 $g(m)m. An attenuation peak height RPK obtained on the basis of a load curve M obtained from the roughness curve R has relation of RPK/Ry « 0.1 with respect to the maximum peak height Ry. This indicates that the contact surface has minute recesses of a low distribution and a large depth, and that the portion of the contact surface layer which is close to the upper surface thereof is comparatively smooth. This smooth portion close to the upper surface enables a sufficiently wide contact surface area to be secured, and oil reservoirs of sufficiently large capacity to be formed owing to the minute recesses of a low distribution and a large depth.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pièce mécanique ayant une surface à contact roulant (11a) dotée d'un grand nombre de minuscules cavités isolées. Dans une courbe de rugosité R, on obtient une hauteur maximum Ry de 1-3 $g(m)m, en découpant la surface de contact (11a) selon un plan perpendiculaire. Sur la base d'une courbe de charge M découlant de la courbe de rugosité R, on obtient une hauteur de crête d'affaiblissement RPK. La relation entre cette hauteur et la hauteur de crête maximum Ry est RPK/Ry « 0,1. Cela indique que la surface de contact a de minuscules cavités très profondes et de faible distribution, et que la partie de la surface de contact qui est proche de la couche de surface supérieure est relativement lisse. Cette partie lisse proche de la couche de surface supérieure garantit la présence d'une zone de surface de contact suffisamment large et la réalisation de réservoirs d'huile ayant une capacité suffisamment importante grâce aux minuscules cavités dont la distribution est faible et dont la profondeur est grande.
