Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein magnetisches Lager zur berührungslosen Abstützung eines beweglichen, vorzugsweise rotierenden Körpers, nachfolgend Rotor (1) genannt, gegenüber einem Feststehenden Teil, nachfolgend Stator (8) genannt, mit mindestens einem Lagerspalt (4) zwischen Rotor (1) und Stator (8) an welchem sich magnetische Bereiche von Rotor und Stator, entsprechend als Rotor-bzw. Statormagnet (3, 5) bezeichnet, in geringem Abstand gegenüberstehen. Der Statormagnet (5) am Stator ist im wesentlichen in einer Ebene frei schwingbar, die parallel zu sich am Lagerspalt (4) gegenüberstehenden Magnetflächen von Rotor- und Statormagnet (3, 5) ausgerichtet ist, befestigt. Dabei ist zwischen Stator und Statormagnet zur Dämpfung der Schwingungsbewegung des Statormagneten eine mechanische Reibvorrichtung angeordnet.
(EN) The invention relates to a magnetic bearing for the contact-free support of a moving, specifically rotating, body (hereinafter referred to as the rotor (1)) in relation to a fixed part (hereinafter referred to as the stator (8)), at least one bearing gap (4) being provided between the rotor (1) and stator (8) in which magnetic regions of the rotor and stator, referred to as rotor magnet or stator magnet (3, 5) as appropriate, face one another at a small distance. The stator magnet on the stator is mounted so as to oscillate substantially freely in one plane aligned parallel to opposing rotor and stator magnet surfaces (3, 5) in the bearing gap (4). A mechanical friction device between the stator and stator magnet dampens the oscillation of the stator magnet.
(FR) L'invention concerne un palier magnétique destiné à l'appui sans contact un corps mobile et de préférence en rotation, désigné ci-après rotor, par rapport à une pièce fixe, désignée ci-après stator. Entre le rotor et le stator est prévu au moins un interstice d'appui dans lequel des zones magnétiques du rotor et du stator, désignées ci-après aimant du rotor et aimant du stator, se font face à une faible distance. L'aimant du stator plaqué sur le stator est monté de manière à osciller sensiblement librement dans un plan parallèle aux surfaces magnétiques de l'aimant du rotor et de l'aimant du stator se faisant face dans l'interstice d'appui. Entre le stator et l'aimant du stator est implanté un dispositif de frottement mécanique destiné à amortir l'oscillation de l'aimant du stator.
