Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for liquefying waste plastics which makes it possible to charge the waste plastics intact into a thermal decomposition tank without removing polyvinyl chloride in advance, is easy to handle, and can remove effectively and at a low cost the resulting detrimental decomposition gases and acidic components. This apparatus includes a waste plastic charging device for charging the waste plastics, which may contain chlorine type resins and nitrile type resins, into a thermal decomposition oven, the thermal decomposition oven for thermally decomposing the waste plastics so charged, a quenching column for cooling the oil vapor and the decomposition gases generated from the thermal decomposition oven with water, a neutralization tank for neutralizing cooling water used for cooling by an alkali, and an oil-water separation tank for separating the condensed oil and water contents.
(FR) L'invention concerne une installation pour liquéfier les déchets de plastiques qui permet de charger les déchets de plastiques intacts dans un réacteur de décomposition thermique sans séparer auparavant le chlorure de polyvinyle. L'installation est facile à faire fonctionner et elle permet d'évacuer efficacement et à bas prix, les gaz de décomposition indésirables et les composés acides. L'installation comprend un dispositif de chargement de déchets de plastiques, qui peuvent comprendre des résines contenant du chlore et des résines nitrile, dans un four de décomposition thermique, ce four de décomposition thermique des déchets de plastiques, une colonne de refroidissement des vapeurs huileuses et des gaz produits par la décomposition thermique, utilisant de l'eau, une cuve de neutralisation pour neutraliser l'eau de refroidissement avec un alcali et une cuve de séparation pour séparer l'huile condensée de l'eau.
