Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the method and device for generating the uniformalized laser beam, wherein passing through a triplet aplanatic convex lens, the focal point size is minimized, after the condensed laser beam being incident upon the optical fiber and passing through the bent optical fiber in circle form in first and second place (and third plane) each vertically arranged, is uniformed by accelerated screw increments and diffused reflections, the laser energy condensed in the center portion is diffused uniformly all over the section area, and also one base plate formed on which one bending guide for winding and suspending the optical fiber passing through each circular and local bending, and one local bending adjusting portion for shaping the said fiber wound around the local bending portion of said bending guide into locally bent form are fixed each other of one bending portion, by arranging and fixing said two bending portions vertically each other, the optical fiber is put in order along the bending guide surface for two bending portions.
(FR) Ce procédé et ce dispositif permettent d'obtenir un faisceau laser uniformisé, lequel passe par un ensemble de trois lentilles convexes aplanétiques qui en réduit au minimum la taille du foyer. Ce faisceau laser condensé est envoyé vers une fibre optique où il passe par la courbe de cette fibre qui présente un premier et un deuxième (et un troisième) plans dans le sens vertical. Ce faisceau est uniformisé par des incréments de torsion rapprochés et par la diffusion de réflexions, et l'énergie laser, condensée dans la partie centrale, est diffusée uniformément sur toute la surface de cette partie. On décrit aussi une plaque de base recevant un guide de courbure qui permet d'enrouler et de suspendre la fibre optique qui parcourt une suite de courbes localisées. Un segment de réglage courbe localisé permet d'y modeler la fibre qui l'entoure. La plaque et le segment de réglage sont disposés de façon que les courbures se trouvent dans un plan vertical, et la fibre optique suit la surface du guide de courbure et ses deux courbes.
