(FR) PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE PRODUCTION DE MINCES BARRES METALLIQUES
Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen von dünnen Metallsträngen, insbesondere aus Stahl, bei dem ein Metall-Langprodukt in Berührung mit einer Metallschmelze und diese zum Ankristallisieren gebracht wird. Hierbei sind folgende Schritte vorgesehen: es wird ein Metall-Langprodukt eingesetzt, das einen von der Metallschmelze unterschiedlichen Werkstoff aufweist, wobei einer ein rostfreier Stahl ist; es wird die Temperatur des Metall-Langprodukts, die Temperatur der Metallschmelze und die Verweilzeit des Metall-Langprodukts in der Metallschmelze in der Weise eingestellt, daß die Metallschmelze in einer Schichtdicke von D = 20 % bis 2 % des Metall-Langprodukts auf dieses aufkristallisiert. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Einrichtung zum Erzeugen von dünnen Metallsträngen.
(EN) A process is disclosed for producing thin metal bars, in particular steel bars. An elongated metal product is brought into contact with a molten metal and causes its crystallisation. The following steps are provided: an elongated metal product made of a material different from the molten metal is used, one of them being stainless steel; the temperature of the elongated metal product, the temperature of the molten metal and the dwelling time of the elongated metal product in the molten metal are set in such a way that the molten metal crystallises on the elongated metal product, forming a layer with a thickness D = 20 % to 2 % of the elongated metal product. Also disclosed is a device for producing thin metal bars.
(FR) Selon ce procédé de production de minces barres métalliques, notamment en acier, un produit allongé métallique est mis en contact avec un métal fondu et provoque sa cristallisation. Les étapes suivantes sont prévues: on utilise un produit allongé métallique en un matériau différent du métal fondu, l'un des matériaux étant un acier inoxydable; la température du produit allongé métallique, la température du métal fondu et le temps de séjour du produit allongé métallique dans le métal fondu sont fixés de sorte que le métal fondu se cristallise sur le produit allongé métallique sur une épaisseur D = 20 % à 2 % du produit allongé métallique. L'invention concerne également un dispositif utile pour produire de minces barres métalliques.
