Abstract:
(EN) A small motor for use in an information-communication apparatus, an audio-visual apparatus or the like, and a motor for use in a portable pager and a portable telephone or the like for generating vibrations to be transmitted to a human body, the motors being efficient, small and thin in size, and having a high degree of freedom when mounted on an apparatus. To realise the motor as described above, K pieces of (K indicating any integer greater than one) magnetic units (4a, 4b, 4c) having N and S poles magnetized alternately are mounted on a rotor in a circumferential direction, and K magnetic units are axially stacked in K stages and integrally retained on a shaft (6), and this rotor is rotatably supported on a pair of bearings (9a, 9b). Cores (1a, 1b, 1c) each have a salient pole (7a, 7b, 7c) wound around with coils (3a, 3b, 3c) in K stages so as to correspond to each of the magnetic units. The magnetized position of the N and S poles of the magnetic unit at each stage deviates relatives to one another in a circumferential direction so as to set the phase of induced voltage generated on the salient pole wound around with the coil in each stage to a phase suitable for rotating a magnet unit corresponding to a coil in that stage.
(FR) Petit moteur destiné à un dispositif d'information et de communication, à un appareil audiovisuel, etc., et moteur destiné à un dispositif portable de recherche de personnes et à un téléphone portable, etc., qui permet de générer des vibrations destinées à être transmises à un corps humain. Ces moteurs, qui sont efficaces, petits et minces, ont un grand degré de liberté une fois montés sur un appareil. Pour fabriquer le moteur décrit ci-dessus, on fixe sur un rotor, dans le sens circonférenciel, K pièces (K étant un nombre entier supérieur à 1) d'unités magnétiques (4a, 4b, 4c) dont les pôles N et S sont magnétisés de façon alternée, et on empile axialement K unités magnétiques, de façon qu'elles constituent K étages et soient intégralement fixées sur un arbre (6). Le rotor est monté rotatif sur une paire de paliers (9a, 9b). Des noyaux (1a, 1b, 1c), constitués d'un pôle saillant (7a, 7b, 7c) entouré par des enroulements (3a, 3b, 3c), sont disposés sur K étages et correspondent à chaque unité magnétique. A chaque étage, on décale l'une par rapport à l'autre dans le sens circonférenciel les positions des pôles N et S de l'unité magnétique, de façon à mettre la phase de la tension induite générée au pôle saillant entouré par les enroulements sur une phase capable de faire tourner une unité magnétique correspondant à un enroulement du même étage.
