Abstract:
(EN) A capacitive sensor comprises first and second sets of conductive traces and a compliant rugose material having a rugose surface located proximate to the first and second sets of conductive traces whereby deformation of the rugose surface causes a change in dielectric constant of the rugose material in the region of the conductive traces.
(FR) Détecteur capacitif comprenant des premier et second ensembles de tracés conducteurs et un matériau rugueux et flexible dont la surface rugueuse se trouve à proximité des premier et second ensembles de tracés conducteurs. La déformation de la surface rugueuse provoque une modification de la constante diélectrique du matériau rugueux dans la région des tracés conducteurs.
