Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung für einen Verbrennungsmotor mit einem zumessenden Einspritzventil (10) und mit einem saugrohrseitig vor einer Abspritzöffnung (12) des Einspritzventils (10) angeordneten Kraftstoffverdampfer (16), der einen Verdampferbereich (21) mit zumindest einem zugeordneten elektrischen Heizelement (23) aufweist. Um insbesondere zu gewährleisten, daß der Kraftstoffverdampfer in allen Heizzuständen, also bei einem Heizbetrieb für Voll- oder Teilverdampfung und im ungeheizten Zustand, eine sehr gute Kraftstoffaufbereitung sicherstellt, ist vorgesehen, daß der das wenigstens eine Heizelement (23) aufnehmende Verdampferbereich (21) auslaßseitig von einem Auslaßventil (30) abgeschlossen ist.
(EN) The present invention relates to a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine with a metering injection valve (10) and a fuel vaporiser (16) on the intake pipe side in front of an injection port (12) of the injection valve (10) having at least one electric heating element (23). In order to ensure in particular that the fuel vaporiser reliably and properly prepares the fuel in all heating conditions, i.e. during heating operation for full or partial vaporisation and in the unheated state, the vaporiser region (21) having at least one heating element (23) is closed by an outlet valve (30) on the outlet side.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection de carburant pour moteur à combustion interne, comprenant une soupape doseuse d'injection (10) et un vaporisateur de carburant (16) monté, côté tubulure d'aspiration, devant une ouverture d'injecteur (12) de la soupape d'injection (10), ce vaporisateur présentant une zone de vaporisation (21) ayant au moins un élément chauffant électrique associé (23). En vue de garantir en particulier que le vaporisateur de carburant assure une excellente préparation du carburant dans toutes les conditions de chauffage, à savoir, en régime de chauffage pour vaporisation totale ou partielle, ainsi qu'en l'absence de chauffage, le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la zone de vaporisation (21) présentant au moins un élément chauffant (23) est fermée côté sortie par une soupape de décharge (30).
