Abstract:
(EN) An assay and test kit for testing and quantifying fungal inhibition by an antifungal agent. In the assay, inhibition is measured by a reduction in substrate uptake (such as glucose) as compared to uninhibited controls. A minimum inhibitory concentration value for each antifungal agent is obtained from the assay.
(FR) L'invention concerne une épreuve et un kit permettant de réaliser cette épreuve, laquelle permet d'analyser et de quantifier l'inhibition fongique par un agent antifongique. Lors de cette épreuve, l'inhibition est mesurée en fonction de la réduction de l'absorption du substrat (qui peut être du glucose), en comparaison avec des témoins non inhibés. Avec cette épreuve, on obtient une valeur de concentration minimale inhibitrice pour chaque agent antifongique.
