Abstract:
(EN) Polysuccinimide, polyaspartic acid and salts of polyaspartic acid may be prepared by means of heating aspartic acid in the presence of sodium bisulfate. The molecular weight of the polymers may be increased from that obtained without the use of sodium bisulfate. The polysuccinimide, polyaspartic acid or salt of polyaspartic acid obtained have low color. Polyaspartic acid may be obtained in this manner directly from the effluent of an immobilized cell or enzyme column which catalyzes the production of L-aspartic acid without the necessity of intermediate isolation steps.
(FR) On peut préparer un polysuccinimide, de l'acide polyaspartique et des sels d'acide polyaspartique en réchauffant de l'acide aspartique en présence de bisulfate de sodium. On peut augmenter le poids moléculaire des polymères à partir de celui qu'on a obtenu sans utiliser de bisulfate de sodium. Le polysuccinimide, l'acide polyaspartique ou le sel d'acide polyaspartique obtenus présentent une faible coloration. On peut obtenir de l'acide polyaspartique de cette manière directement à partir de l'effluent d'une colonne enzymatique ou cellulaire immobilisée qui catalyse la production d'acide L-aspartique sans besoin d'étapes intermédiaires d'isolation.
