Abstract:
(EN) A compound useful for $i(in vivo) imaging of organs and tumors is provided of formula (1) wherein (a) is cobalamin, (b) derived from a corrin carboxylic acid group of said cobalamin, Y is a linking group and X is a chelating group, optionally comprising a detectable radionuclide or a paramagnetic metal ion, and n is 1-3.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composé de formule (I) pouvant être utilisé pour produire des images in vivo d'organes et de tumeurs. Dans la formule, (a) représente une cobalamine; (b) est dérivé d'un groupe acide carboxylique de corrine de ladite cobalamine; Y est un groupe de liaison et X un groupe chélateur, contenant éventuellement un radionucléide détectable ou un ion métallique paramagnétique, et n est compris entre 1 et 3.
