Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hochfesten, faserhaltigen Verbundmaterials mit einer Bindemittelmatrix wird eine Grundstruktur aus einer Matte aus miteinander vernadelten, verwebten oder schmelzverbundenen Stapelfasern aus einem organischen polymeren Fasermaterial mit einem geringen Überdruck mit einer ein mineralisch gebundenes Stoffsystem enthaltenden Suspension getränkt und die Bindemittelmatrix in dem organischen polymeren Fasermaterial ausgehärtet. Durch eine derartige Verfahrensführung wird ein Verbundmaterial mit exzellenten physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften erhalten.
(EN) In a process for producing a high-strength, fibre-containing composite material with a binder matrix, a basic structure consisting of a mat of needle punched, woven or melt-bonded staple fibres of an organic polymeric fibre material is impregnated at a slight overpressure with a suspension containing a minerally bonded substance system and the binder matrix is cured in the organic polymeric fibre material. Such a process provides a composite material with excellent physical and chemical properties.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau composite à haute résistance comportant une matrice renfermant un liant. Selon ce procédé, une structure de base constituée par un mat de fibres discontinues aiguilletées, tissées ou liées par fusion entre elles en un matériau fibreux polymère organique, est imprégnée, sous légère surpression, avec une suspension renfermant un système de substances minéralement liées, et ladite matrice est durcie dans le matériau fibreux polymère organique. Un tel mode opératoire permet d'obtenir un matériau composite doté d'excellentes propriétés physiques et chimiques.
