Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrohydraulisches Aggregat zur Druckregelung in Kraftfahrzeugbremsanlagen, mit einem Gehäuse, in dem Kanäle (1, 2, 9-15) und Aufnahmebohrungen (16, 17, 6, 5, 18) für Einlass- und Auslassventile, Druckspeicher, Pumpe, Pumpenventile (3, 4), Pumpenantrieb und Druckmittelanschlüsse (8, 8') angeordnet sind, wobei in einer ersten Gehäuseebene (X) Aufnahmebohrungen (16, 17) für die Einlass- und Auslassventile senkrecht einmünden und in einer parallel zur ersten Gehäuseebene (X) gelegenen zweiten Gehäuseebene (Y) die Aufnahmebohrungen (5) für die Pumpe und der Saugkanal (1) der Pumpe gelegen sind, wobei der Saugkanal (1) mit einer Aufnahmebohrung (6) des Druckspeichers in Verbindung steht, die sich sowohl in den Bereich der ersten als auch zweiten Gehäuseebene (X, Y) erstreckt. Sowohl der Saugkanal (1) als auch der Druckkanal (2) sind auf einer gemeinsamen Achse in der zweiten Gehäuseebene (Y) gelegen, wobei sowohl das Saug- als auch das Druckventil (3,4) der Pumpe koaxial hintereinander im Bereich des Saug- und Druckkanals (1, 2) in der zweiten Gehäuseebene (Y) angeordnet sind.
(EN) The invention relates to an electrohydraulic unit for pressure control in motor vehicle braking systems, with a housing in which ducts (1, 2, 9-15) and receiving bores (16, 17, 6, 5, 18) are arranged for inlet and outlet valves, a pressure reservoir, a pump, pump valves (3, 4), a pump drive and pressure means connections (8, 8'). Receiving bores (16, 17) for the inlet and outlet valves open vertically into a first housing plane (X) and the receiving bores (5) for the pump and the suction duct (1) of the pump are positioned in a second housing plane (Y) parallel to the first housing plane. The suction duct (1) is connected to a receiving bore (6) of the pressure reservoir which extends in the region of the first and the second housing plane (X, Y). The suction duct (1) and the pressure duct (2) are in a common axis in the second housing plane (Y), the suction and pressure valve (3, 4) of the pump being arranged coaxially behind each other in the region of the suction and pressure duct (1, 2) in the second housing plane (Y).
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité électro-hydraulique de régulation de la pression de systèmes de freinage d'automobiles, qui comprend un boîtier contenant des canaux (1, 2, 9 à 15) et des alésages de réception (16, 17, 6, 5, 18) pour des soupapes d'entrée et de sortie, un réservoir de pression, une pompe, des soupapes de pompe(3, 4), un entraînement de pompe et des raccords de fluide hydraulique (8, 8'). Des alésages de réception (16, 17) destinés aux soupapes d'entrée et de sortie débouchent verticalement dans un premier plan (X) du boîtier. Les alésages de réception (5) destinés à la pompe et au canal d'aspiration (1) de ladite pompe se trouvent dans un second plan (y) du boîtier. Le canal d'aspiration (1) communique avec un alésage de réception (6) du réservoir de pression, ledit alésage (6) s'étendant aussi bien dans le premier (X) que dans le second plan (Y) du boîtier. Le canal d'aspiration (1) et le canal de pression (2) sont situés sur un axe commun dans le second plan (Y) du boîtier. La soupape d'aspiration et la soupape de pression (3, 4) de la pompe sont disposées coaxialement l'une à la suite de l'autre dans la zone du canal d'aspiration et du canal de pression (1, 2), dans le second plan (Y) du boîtier.
