Abstract:
(EN) A rotating heat transmission body with systems for scraping the evaporation surface, designed for evaporation and drying processes. A rotating heat transmission body useful for the evaporation of solutions that form deposits on the evaporation surface and for drying of pumpable viscous products. The heat transmission body is constructed as a rotor with a cylindrical supporting mid-section that functions to lead the heating vapour stepwise forward to a large number of disc-shaped ring channels during condensation of the vapour and at the same time lead condensate and false air away from these. The ring channels are constructed with plane side surfaces, reinforced with stays. For evaporation, the heat transmission body is mounted with a horizontal axle and is moistened, either by spraying or by dipping the evaporation surfaces, which are kept free of deposits with radially moving narrow two-sided scrapers. For drying, the heat transmission body is mounted with a vertical axis and horizontal evaporation surfaces that allow application of thicker layers of moist product, which can be scraped off after drying with subsequent application of new product with aggregates that each can serve a number of jointly running heat transmission surfaces.
(FR) Ensemble rotatif de transmission de chaleur comportant des dispositifs servant à racler la surface d'évaporation et conçus pour mettre en application des processus d'évaporation et de séchage. Ensemble rotatif de transmission utile pour effectuer l'évaporation de solutions formant des dépôts sur la surface d'évaporation et le séchage de produits visqueux pouvant être pompés. Cet ensemble est construit de la même manière qu'un rotor comportant une section médiane cylindrique de support servant à conduire la vapeur de réchauffement progressivement vers un nombre important de canaux annulaires pendant la condensation de la vapeur et, simultanément, à éloigner la condensation et l'air parasite desdits canaux. Ces canaux annulaires possèdent des surfaces latérales planes renforcées par des supports. Dans le but d'effectuer l'évaporation, l'ensemble de transmission de chaleur est équipé d'un axe horizontal et humidifié, soit par pulvérisation, soit en noyant les surfaces d'évaporation, qui restent exemptes de dépôts sous l'effet de racles étroites à deux côtés se déplaçant radialement. Dans le but de réaliser le séchage, l'ensemble de transmission de chaleur est équipé d'un axe vertical et de surfaces d'évaporation horizontales permettant d'appliquer des couches plus épaisses de produit humidifiant, qui peut être enlevé par raclage après le séchage, ce qui est suivi par une application de nouveau produit comportant des agrégats pouvant servir chacun à plusieurs surfaces de transmission de chaleur fonctionnant simultanément.
