Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a chemical spray for combating moss, particularly moss growing in lawns, where one has aimed at providing an efficient moss-killing agent not damaging the lawn grass and suitable to be applied thereon by means of an appropriate garden sprayer. To this end, the spray contains ethylene glycol, preferably in an aqueous solution. The degree of dilution may be from 5 to 20 % ethylene glycol and from 95 to 80 % water. Thus, the method for combating moss in lawn consists in spraying the lawn with an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un aérosol chimique servant à lutter contre la mousse, en particulier celle qui pousse sur les pelouses. L'objectif visé est de fournir un agent efficace d'élimination de la mousse, mais qui n'endommage pas le gazon et qui puisse y être appliqué au moyen d'un pulvérisateur de jardin. Dans ce but, l'aérosol contient de l'éthylène-glycol, de préférence en solution aqueuse. Le taux de dilution peut aller de 5 à 20 % d'éthylène-glycol et de 95 à 80 % d'eau. Ainsi, le procédé de lutte contre la mousse des pelouses consiste à pulvériser sur celle-ci une solution d'éthylène-glycol.
