Abstract:
(EN) A color still image pickup device which enables display of a high picture quality equivalent to that of a 3-CCD image pickup device at the cost of a single chip image pickup device. A method for picking up color still image is also disclosed. A solid-state image pickup device (33) has an image pickup face on which a large number of photoelectric conversion elements are arranged in a matrix and a color filter (11) which has different color component areas corresponding to the array intervals of the photoelectric conversion elements and is fixed to the front face of the image pickup surface of the device (33). The position at which the light is incident on the device (33) is changed by relatively changing the device (33) and the incident light along the image pickup face in steps of the array intervals of the photoelectric conversion element, and the image data picked up by the device (33) are combined at a plurality of positions changed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de prise de vue pour image fixe en couleur qui assure la présentation d'une qualité d'image élevée, équivalente à celle d'un dispositif de prise de vue à couplage de charges (CCD) de type triple et pour un coût correspondant à celui d'un dispositif de prise de vue à une seule puce. On décrit par ailleurs un procédé de prise de vue pour image fixe en couleur. Le dispositif de prise de vue à semiconducteur (33) a une plaque de prise de vue dotée d'un grand nombre d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique disposés en matrice et un filtre couleur (11) sur lequel différentes zones de composantes couleur correspondent aux intervalles matriciels des éléments de conversion photoélectrique. Ce filtre (11) est fixé sur la plaque frontale de la surface de prise de vue du dispositif (33). La configuration d'incidence de la lumière sur le dispositif (33) est modifiée par modification relative des positions du dispositif (33) et de la lumière incidente le long de la face de prise de vue, selon des échelons qui correspondent aux intervalles matriciels des éléments de conversion photoélectrique, les données images recueillies par le dispositif de prise de vue (33) étant combinées en une pluralité de différentes positions.
