Abstract:
(EN) A surface acoustic wave converter which is suitable for anisotropic piezoelectric substrates having the NSPUDT characteristic. The converter is provided with a converter structure having an exciting electrode structure (21) and a reflector structure (22) formed on an anisotropic piezoeletric substrate that is so cut that the substrate has an NSPUDT characteristic. The structure (21) is provided with a positive electrode (23) having a plurality of electrode fingers arranged at a pitch $g(l) ($g(l) is the wavelength of the basic surface acoustic wave) and a negative electrode (24) having an electrode finger between the electrode fingers of the positive electrode in such a way that the center-to-center distances between the fingers is $g(l)/2. The reflector structure (22) has a plurality of electrode fingers so arranged that the center-to-center distances between the fingers are $g(l)/2. The distance Lg between the structures (21 and 22) is Lg=(2n+1)$g(l)/4 (n is a positive integer).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un convertisseur d'ondes sonores de surface adapté aux substrats piézo-électriques anisotropiques à caractéristiques NCPUDT. Ledit convertisseur comporte une structure d'électrodes d'excitations (21) et une structure de réflecteur (22) placée sur un substrat piézo-électrique anisotropique taillé de façon à présenter les caractéristiques NCPUDT. La structure d'électrode (21) comporte une électrode positive (23) munie de plusieurs doigts disposés suivant un pas $g(l) ($g(l) étant la longueur d'onde de l'onde sonore superficielle de base) et une électrode négative (24) munie d'un doigt placé entre ceux de l'électrode positive de manière à ce que la distance centre à centre entre deux doigts soit de $g(l)/2. La structure de réflecteur (22) est munie d'une série de doigts disposés de manière à ce que la distance centre à centre entre deux doigts soit de $g(l)/2. La distance Lg entre les structures (21) et (22) est Lg = (2n+1) $g(l)/4, (n étant un entier positif).
