Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Laserverstärkersystem mit laseraktivem Festkörpermaterial, das durch Pumplichtquellen gepumpt wird, vorgeschlagen, bei dem einer oder mehrere Pumpstrahlen mit Hilfe von Spiegeln oder anderen optischen Hilfsmitteln so geführt werden, daß jeder einzelne Pumpstrahl mehrmals auf unterschiedliche Stellen des Festkörpermaterials fokussiert wird, wobei letzteres in Form eines zusammenhängenden oder getrennten Festkörpers vorliegt, die so gestaltet sind, daß der Pumpstrahl in den Fokalbereichen und nur in diesen absorbiert wird, wodurch letztere optisch gepumpt werden, und daß der Laserstrahl so umgelenkt und geführt wird, daß er all diese Fokalstellen durchstrahlt und auf diese Weise verstärkt wird. Damit wird ein Laserverstärkungssystem geschaffen, bei dem die Systemeigenschaften gleichzeitig optimiert werden, das außerdem eine kompakte Bauweise erlaubt und so gestaltet ist, daß es sich für eine kostengünstige Massenproduktion eignet.
(EN) The proposal is for a laser amplifier system with a laser-active solid body material pumped by pumped light sources, in which one or more pump beams are guided with the aid of mirrors or other optical auxiliaries in such a way that each individual pump beam is focussed at various points on the solid body material, where the latter is in the form of a coherent or separate solid body shaped in such a way that the pump beam is absorbed in the focal regions and only there, whereby the latter are optically pumped, and the laser beam is deflected and guided in such a way that it irradiates all said focal points and is thus amplified. This provides a laser amplification system in which the system properties are simultaneously optimised and in addition permits a compact construction and is designed to permit economical mass production.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'amplification laser comportant un solide à effet laser, pompé par des sources lumineuses, dans lequel un ou plusieurs faisceaux lumineux sont guidés par des miroirs ou d'autres dispositifs optiques de façon que chaque faisceau de pompage soit focalisé plusieurs fois à différents endroits du solide. Celui-ci se présente sous forme d'un solide associé ou séparé. La forme de ces endroits fait que le faisceau de pompage est absorbé uniquement au niveau des foyers, qui sont soumis à un pompage optique, et qu'il est dévié et guidé de façon à les traverser tous, ce qui l'amplifie. Ceci donne un système d'amplification laser dont toutes les propriétés sont optimisées simultanément, et qui de plus se présente sous une forme compacte et convient pour une production de masse.
