Abstract:
(EN) A valve housing of a diaphragm valve has a first valve chamber (14), into which open a central channel (16) and first (15) and second (16) side channels. Valve seats (18, 19) are arranged in the housing, and a first diaphragm (21) is adapted to seal against at least one of the first and second valve seats. The first diaphragm (21) is adapted to be pressed against and released from the valve seats, thereby shutting and opening, respectively, passage between the central channel and the side channels. A second valve chamber (45), into which opens a fourth channel (48), communicates with the central channel (16) through an opening (46) in the housing. A third valve seat (49) is provided and a second diaphragm (52) is adapted to be brought into and away from sealing engagement with the third valve seat (49). The second diaphragm (52) is adapted to be pressed against and released from the third valve seat (49), thereby shutting and opening, respectively, passage between the fourth channel (48) and the central channel (16).
(FR) Un corps de vanne à membrane comporte une première chambre de vanne (14) dans laquelle débouche un canal central (16) ainsi qu'un premier canal latéral (15) et un deuxième canal latéral (16). Des sièges de vanne (18, 19) équipent le corps, une première membrane (21) étant conçue pour venir en contact étanche avec l'un au moins des deux sièges de vanne. La première membrane (21) est conçue pour être amenée contre les sièges de vanne et en être éloignée pour obturer et ouvrir le passage entre le canal central et les canaux latéraux. Une deuxième chambre de vanne (45), dans laquelle débouche un quatrième canal (48), communique avec le canal central (16) par un orifice (46) ménagé dans le corps de vanne. Il existe un troisième siège de vanne (49) ainsi qu'une deuxième membrane (52) conçue pour venir contre ce troisième siège et s'en éloigner. Cette deuxième membrane (52), qui vient contre le troisième siège de vanne (49) et s'en éloigne, permet d'obturer et d'ouvrir le passage entre le quatrième canal (48) et le canal central (16).
