Abstract:
(EN) A variable hydraulic shock absorber (6) comprising a main valve (18) adapted to open and close a main passage (19) for connecting main oil chambers (7a, 7b) defined by a piston (9) in a cylinder (7); an auxiliary oil chamber (31) adapted to allow the pressure in the high-pressure main oil chamber to serve to close the main valve (18); a pilot valve (35) which is provided so that it can open and close a pilot passage (36) for connecting the auxiliary oil chamber (31) with a low-pressure side, and which is adapted to open the pilot passage (36) to discharge the working fluid from the auxiliary oil chamber (31) to the low-pressure side when the pressure in the auxiliary oil chamber (31) has exceeded a set level, whereby a closing force applied to the main valve (18) is varied; and a device (4) for variably controlling the set pressure, wherein the pilot valve (35) includes a valve disc (42) which is so designed that a pressure receiving surface and a valve seat are perpendicular to the direction of opening and closing movements of the pilot valve (35).
(FR) Amortisseur hydraulique variable (6), qui comprend: une soupape principale (18) permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer un conduit principal (19) reliant des chambres d'huile principales (7a, 7b) définies par un piston (9) dans un cylindre (7); une chambre d'huile auxiliaire (31) permettant à la pression dans la chambre d'huile principale à haute pression de fermer la soupape principale (18); une soupape pilote (35) permettant d'ouvrir et de fermer un conduit pilote (36) reliant la chambre d'huile auxiliaire (31) à un côté basse pression, et d'ouvrir le conduit pilote (36) de façon à faire passer le fluide de travail de la chambre d'huile auxiliaire (31) dans le côté basse pression quand la pression dans la chambre d'huile auxiliaire (31) dépasse un niveau prédéterminé, la force de fermeture appliquée à la soupape principale (18) étant modifiée; et un dispositif (4) permettant de commander de manière variable la pression prédéterminée, la soupape pilote (35) comprenant un disque (42) de soupape configuré de façon qu'une surface recevant la pression et un siège de soupape soient perpendiculaires à la direction des mouvements d'ouverture et de fermeture de la soupape pilote (35).
