Abstract:
(EN) A fuel valve (1) for an internal combustion engine has a valve housing (2) for mounting in a cylinder cover. A through-going fuel passage (4) leads to an injection nozzle (7). A valve slider (11, 11'') is longitudinally displaceable in a slider guide (10) and is urged towards its valve seat by a primary compression spring (13) and in the opposite direction by the pressure of the fuel in the fuel passage. A piston (26, 26'') is axially displaceable in the valve housing and has a first piston area (31, 31''), which is influenced by the fuel pressure (a) in the fuel passage. At a fuel pressure (e) higher than the opening pressure of the valve the first piston area causes a displacement of the piston. An upward second area (33) is cut off from the fuel pressure until the piston is displaced, and after the displacement the second area (33, 48) is uncovered to the fuel pressure and influences the valve slider (11, 11'') with an additional closing force. A secondary compression spring (14, 14'') influences the piston with a force towards the initial position where the piston (26, 26'') cuts off the fuel pressure from said second area.
(FR) Le robinet de carburant (1) destiné à un moteur à combustion interne comporte un logement (2) conçu pour être fixé à un couvercle de cylindre. Un passage traversant (4) amène le carburant vers un injecteur (7). Une coulisse (11, 11') du robinet, qui peut se déplacer longitudinalement à l'intérieur d'un guide (10) de coulisse, est poussé en direction de son siège par un ressort de compression primaire (13) et dans la direction opposée par la pression exercée par le carburant à l'intérieur dudit passage. Un piston (26, 26'), qui peut se déplacer axialement dans le logement du robinet, comporte une première région (31, 31'') qui est soumise à l'influence de la pression (a) du carburant à l'intérieur du passage à carburant. Lorsque la pression (e) du carburant est supérieure à une pression d'ouverture du robinet, la première région du piston provoque un déplacement dudit piston. Une seconde région (33) haute, qui n'est pas soumise à la pression du carburant jusqu'à ce que le piston se déplace, se trouve exposée à la pression du carburant après le déplacement dudit piston et cette seconde région (33, 48) agit sur la coulisse (11, 11'') du robinet en exerçant une force de fermeture supplémentaire. Un ressort de pression secondaire (14, 14'') agit sur le piston en exerçant une force le ramenant à sa position initiale dans laquelle la pression en carburant provenant de la seconde région ne s'exerce pas sur ledit piston (26, 26'').
