Abstract:
(EN) Compounds of formula (I) in which B is oxygen, CR17R18 or NR19 where R17, R18 and R19 are independently hydrogen or C1-6alkyl or B is a group S(O)b where b is 1, 2, or 3; and R6 is a group -(CH2)p-R15 where R15 is OR16 or SR16 is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl or R15 is NR10R11 where R10 and R11 are as defined for R1; have been found to exhibit 5TH1B antagonist activity.
(FR) Composés de la formule (I) dans laquelle B représente oxygène, CR17R18 ou NR19, où R17, R18 et R19 représentent indépendamment hydrogène ou alkyle C1-6, ou bien B représente un groupe S(O)b où b vaut 1, 2 ou 3, et R6 représente un groupe -(CH2)p-R15 où R15 représente OR16 ou SR16, R16 représentant hydrogène ou alkyle C1-6, ou bien R15 représente NR10R11 dans lequel R10 et R11 possèdent les notations données pour R1. On a trouvé que ces composés possédaient une activité antagoniste du récepteur de 5HT1B.
