Abstract:
(EN) Compound of general formula (I); pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters thereof; and antineoplastic agents containing the same as the active ingredient [wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are each aryl or heteroaryl; Cy is aryl, heteroaryl or alicyclic; Q is -(CH2)m- (m being an integer of 1 to 6) or -(CH2)n-W-(CH2)p- (W being oxygen, sulfur, vinylene or ethynylene; and n and p being each an integer of 0 to 3); R1, R2, R3, R4, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are each hydrogen or the like; R5 is lower alkyl; R11 is hydroxyl or the like; x and z are each an integer of 0 to 2; and y is 0 or 1].
(FR) Cette invention concerne un composé correspondant à la formule générale (I) où Ar1, Ar2 et Ar3 représentent chacun aryle ou hétéroaryle; Cy représente aryle, hétéroaryle ou alicyclique; Q représente soit -(CH2)m-, m étant un nombre entier de 1 à 6, soit -(CH2)n-W-(CH2)p-, W représentant oxygène, soufre, vinylène, ou éthynylène, et n et p étant chacun un nombre entier de 0 à 3; R1, R2, R3, R4, R6, R7, R8, R9 et R10 représentent chacun hydrogène ou similaire; R5 représente alkyle inférieur; R11 représente hydroxyle ou similaire; x et z sont chacun un nombre entier de 0 à 2; et y est égal à 0 ou 1. Cette invention concerne également les sels et les esters acceptables sur le plan pharmaceutique de ce composé, ainsi que des agents antinéoplasiques contenant ces éléments en tant que principe actif.
