Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides a process for the carbonylation of an olefinically or acetylenically unsaturated compound which conmprises: (a) reacting the unsaturated compound with carbon monoxide and a co-reactant in the presence of a carbonylation catalyst, obtainable by combining a source of platinum group metal cations, a phosphine ligand and an anion, to produce a reaction mixture comprising a carbonylation product, the carbonylation catalyst, and excess of the olefinically or acetylenically unsaturated compound and/or the co-reactant, and (b) recovering the carbonylation product by distillation of the reaction mixture, wherein a catalytically active concentrate is removed from the reaction mixture prior to step (b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de carbonylation d'un composé insaturé en oléfine ou en acétylène, ce procédé consistant: (a) à faire réagir le composé insaturé avec du monoxyde de carbone et un coréactif, en présence d'un catalyseur de carbonylation que l'on peut obtenir en combinant une source de cations d'un métal du groupe platine, un ligand de phosphine et un anion, afin d'obtenir un mélange de réaction comprenant un produit de carbonylation, le catalyseur de carbonylation et l'excédent dudit composé insaturé en oléfine ou en acétylène et/ou du coréactif, puis (b) à récupérer le produit de carbonylation par distillation du mélange de réaction, un concentré actif sur le plan catalytique étant enlevé du mélange de réaction avant l'étape (b).
