Abstract:
(EN) The reduction gear unit, particularly for use in twin-screw extruders comprises an input shaft (10), a first output shaft (12) and a second output shaft (14) located parallel to and close to each other and associated with a respective worm screw, and a first gear train (16) and a second gear train (18) for connecting the input shaft (10) to the first output shaft (12) and to the second output shaft (14) respectively. The second output shaft (14) is longer than the first output shaft (12) and is connected to the second gear train (18) by a part which is not alongside the first output shaft (12). Moreover the input shaft (10) has a torsionally resilient portion (40) between its parts connected to the first gear train (16) and the second gear train (18) respectively.
(FR) Cette unité à engrenages réducteurs, destinée notamment à des boudineuses à double vis sans fin, comprend un arbre d'entrée (10), des premier (12) et second (14) arbres de sortie, parallèles l'un à l'autre, proches l'un de l'autre et respectivement associés à une vis sans fin, ainsi qu'un premier (16) et un second (18) train d'engrenages, destinés à relier l'arbre d'entrée (10) respectivement aux premier (12) et second (14) arbres de sortie. Le second arbre de sortie (14) est plus long que le premier (12) et il est relié au second train (18) d'engrenages à l'aide d'une pièce qui n'est pas située le long du premier arbre de sortie (12). En outre, l'arbre d'entrée (10) présente une portion (40) à torsion élastique, entre ses éléments reliés respectivement aux premier (16) et second (18) trains d'engrenages.
