Abstract:
(DE) Bei dem Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Dispergierung von mindestens einem die Dispersphase bildenden Fluid A und mindestens einer die Hüllphase bildenden kontinuierlichen Phase eines Fluids B werden mindestens ein Fluidstrom A und mindestens ein Fluidstrom B einem Dispergierapparat zugeführt und treffen dort in einem Dispergierraum aufeinander. Dabei wird ein Mikrostruktur-Dispergierapparat (1a, 1b, 3a, 3b) eingesetzt, in dem die Fluidströme A, B durch eine ihnen jeweils zugeordnete Schar von Mikrokanälen (1a, 1b) in räumlich getrennte, strömende Fluidfäden zerteilt, die mit für das jeweilige Fluid gleichen Strömungsgeschwindigkeiten derart in den Dispergierraum (4) austreten, daß am Austritt in den Dispergierraum (4) jeweils ein Fluidstrahl (6a) der dispersen Phase zu einem Fluidstrahl (6b) der kontinuierlichen Phase unmittelbar benachbart ist und jeweils ein in Partikel zerfallender Fluidstrahl (6a) der dispersen Phase von den benachbarten Fluidstrahlen (6b) der kontinuierlichen Phase eingehüllt wird.
(EN) Described is a method of continuously producing a dispersion of at least one fluid A forming the disperse phase and at least one fluid B forming a continuous phase surrounding the disperse phase. At least one stream of fluid A and at least one stream of fluid B are fed into a dispersion apparatus where they meet in a dispersion chamber. Used is a microchannel dispersion apparatus (1a, 1b, 3a, 3b) in which each of the streams of fluid A and B are divided by an array of microchannels (1a, 1b) into separate threads of moving fluid which emerge into the dispersion chamber (4) with each thread of the same fluid moving at the same speed in such a way that, at the channel outlets, each jet (6a) of disperse phase is immediately adjacent to a jet (6b) of continuous phase and so that each jet (6a) of disperse phase is surrounded, as it breaks up into droplets, by the adjacent jets (6b) of continuous phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de disperser en continu au moins un fluide A constituant la phase dispersée et au moins une phase continue d'un fluide B constituant la phase d'enveloppe. Selon ce procédé, on amène au moins un fluide A et un fluide B dans un appareil de dispersion, où ils sont mis en contact dans une chambre de dispersion. On utilise pour cela un dispositif de dispersion à microstructure (1a, 1b, 3a, 3b), dans lequel les fluides A et B arrivent par une série de microcanaux (1a, 1b) dans la chambre de dispersion (4) en filets fluidiques spatialement distincts, à la même vitesse, de façon qu'au niveau de leur orifice d'arrivée dans la chambre de dispersion (4), chaque jet (6a) de la phase dispersée se trouve immédiatement adjacent à un jet (6b) de la phase continue, et que chaque jet (6a) de la phase dispersée, qui se désagrège en particules, soit enveloppé par les jets (6b) de la phase continue voisine.
