Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for supplying dry air to cable-ducts, or similar via a supply tank, utilizing a network of air passages, valves, control means and two drying towers. The air flow in the apparatus can be controlled such that: alternately one tower supplies dry air to a supply tank whilst the other tower is being dried and then vice-versa, or both towers are dried by back-flushing dry air from the supply tank. A method for controlling the apparatus enables the types and periods of operation of the different modes to be controlled.
(FR) L'invention concerne une installation fournissant de l'air sec à des canalisations pour câbles et similaire, comportant un réservoir d'alimentation, un réseau de passages à air, des vannes, des moyens de commande et deux tours de séchage. La circulation de l'air dans l'installation peut être gérée pour que, par alternance, une tour fournisse de l'air sec au réservoir d'alimentation pendant que l'autre tour est séchée et inversement. Egalement, les deux tours peuvent être séchées en même temps en les purgeant avec l'air sec du réservoir d'alimentation. L'invention concerne également un procédé de gestion de l'installation permettant différents types, modes et durées de fonctionnement.
