Abstract:
(EN) Provided are enteric coating compositions which utilize a low viscosity cellulose acetate phthalate polymer as a film former. The cellulose acetate phthalates have an inherent viscosity of about 0.2 to 0.6 dL/g and phthalyl values of from 30 to 40 % and can be applied to solid oral medicaments with less solvent than conventional cellulose acetate phthalate polymers. Also provided is a process for preparing the low viscosity cellulose acetate phthalate polymers.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des compositions pour revêtement gastro-résistant employant un polymère de phtalate d'acétate de cellulose de faible viscosité comme agent filmogène. Ces phtalates d'acétate de cellulose, qui ont une viscosité naturelle comprise entre environ 0,2 et 0,6 dl/g et des valeurs en phtaloyle comprises entre 30 et 40 %, peuvent entrer dans l'élaboration de médicaments administrables par voie orale avec une quantité de solvant inférieure à celle que l'on utilise avec des polymères de phtalate d'acétate de cellulose classiques. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de préparation de polymères de phtalate d'acétate de cellulose à faible viscosité.
