Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Kochsystem, bestehend aus einem Kochfeld mit einer für elektromagnetische Felder durchlässigen Kochfläche (z.B. aus 'Ceran') und einem darauf stehenden, durch die Kochfläche hindurch fremdbeheizten Kochgeschirr, dessen Boden temperaturgeregelt ist, wird die Temperatur des Kochgeschirrbodens elektromagnetisch drahtlos von unten durch die Kochfläche hindurch abgefragt und zur thermostatischen Regelung durch Steuerung der Kochleistung eingesetzt. Dabei wird der elektrische Widerstand des Kochgeschirrbodens als Dämpfung einer unter der Kochfläche angeordneten, mit Solltemperatureinstellung ausgestatteten Sende-Einrichtung gemessen und als Mass für seine Temperatur ausgewertet.
(EN) In a cooking system comprising a cooking field with a cooking surface which is permeable to electromagnetic fields (e.g. one made from 'Ceran') and a cooking vessel placed on and externally heated by the cooking surface, the base of said vessel being temperature-regulated, the temperature of the cooking vessel base is read by electromagnetic wireless means from below through the cooking surface and applied in order to effect thermostatic regulation by adjusting the cooking output. The electrical resistance of the cooking vessel base is measured as damping of a transmitting device which is located beneath the cooking surface and provided with a system for setting a target temperature; the measurement obtained is evaluated as a measure of its temperature.
(FR) Dispositif de cuisson comprenant une plaque de cuisson présentant une surface de cuisson perméable aux champs électromagnétiques (par exemple en 'Ceran'), et un ustensile de cuisson posé sur cette plaque, chauffé extérieurement au travers de la surface de cuisson, et dont le fond est à température contrôlée, dispositif dans lequel la température du fond de l'ustensile est déterminée électromagnétiquement sans fil, à partir du bas, à travers la surface de cuisson et est utilisée pour la régulation thermostatique par commande de la puissance de chauffe pour la cuisson. La résistance électrique du fond de l'ustensile est mesurée en tant qu'amortissement d'un dispositif émetteur équipé d'un système de réglage de la température de consigne et monté sous la surface de cuisson, et est évaluée en tant que grandeur de mesure de sa température.
