Abstract:
(DE) Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Regeln des Drucks in einer Druckkammer (10), insbesondere in einer pneumatischen Bremsvorrichtung für einen bahnförmigen Aufzeichnungsträger (12), bei dem ein Ist-Druck (Ip) in der Druckkammer abhängig von einem Ist-Drehwinkel (Iw) eines Drehventils (14) eingestellt wird. Der Ist-Drehwinkel (Iw) des Drehventils (14) und der Ist-Druck (Ip) in der Druckkammer (10) werden erfaßt. Ein Soll-Druck (Sp) und ein diesem Soll-Druck (Sp) zugeordneter Soll-Drehwinkel (Sw) werden vorgegeben und eine Druckabweichung (Dp) zwischen Ist-Druck (Ip) und Soll-Druck (Sp) sowie eine Drehwinkelabweichung (Dp) zwischen Ist-Drehwinkel (Iw) und Soll-Drehwinkel (Sw) werden bestimmt. Eine Stelleinrichtung (40) stellt den Drehwinkel am Drehventil (14) zunächst abhängig von der Drehwinkelabweichung (Dw) und dann abhängig von der Druckabweichung (Dp) ein. Weiterhin wird ein Sensor (22, 22', 22') zum Erfassen des Drehwinkels beschrieben.
(EN) The invention relates to a method of controlling the pressure in a compression chamber (10), particularly in a pneumatic braking device for a recording medium (12) in the form of a strip, in which method the actual pressure (Ip) in the compression chamber is set in relation to the actual angle (Iw) of rotation of a turning valve (14). The actual angle (Iw) of rotation of the turning valve (14) and the actual pressure (Ip) in the compression chamber (10) are recorded. An ideal pressure (Sp) and an ideal angle (Sw) of rotation associated with this ideal pressure (Sp) are predetermined and pressure deviation (Dp) between the actual pressure (Ip) and the ideal pressure (Sp) and also a deviation (Dp) of the angle of rotation between the actual angle (Iw) of rotation and the ideal angle (Sw) are fixed. Setting means (40) adjusts the angle of rotation on the turning valve (14) firstly in relation to the deviation (Dw) of the angle of rotation and subsequently in relation to the pressure deviation (Dp). The invention also relates to a sensor (22, 22', 22') for measuring the angle of rotation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de régulation de la pression dans une chambre (10) de compression, notamment dans un système de freinage pneumatique pour un support (12) d'enregistrement en forme de bande. Selon ce procédé, une pression réelle (Ip) est réglée dans la chambre de compression en fonction d'un angle (Iw) de rotation réel d'une soupape (14) rotative. L'angle de rotation réel (Iw) de la soupape (14) rotative et la pression réelle (Ip) de la chambre (10) de compression sont enregistrés. Une pression théorique (Sp) et un angle de rotation théorique (Sw) affecté à ladite pression théorique (Sp) sont prédéterminés, puis un écart (Dp) de pression entre la pression réelle (Ip) et la pression théorique (Sp) ainsi qu'un écart (Dp) d'angle de rotation entre l'angle de rotation réel (Iw) et l'angle de rotation théorique (Sw) sont déterminés.
