Abstract:
(EN) A method of measuring the temperature of a high-temperature melt, comprising the steps of inserting the distal end of an optical fiber into a high-temperature melt, and converting optical signals transmitted through the optical fiber to the temperature, wherein the devitrified end of the optical fiber is cut off or the disturbance of a measurement peak due to the combustion of the fiber is eliminated. The temperature of melt is controlled near the lower limit temperature at which fluidity of the slag can be maintained. Further, the temperature measurement can be effected by a temperature measurement apparatus including a fiber insertion/pull-out mechanism and a fiber cutter.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de la température d'une masse fondue à haute température, comprenant l'introduction de l'extrémité distale d'une fibre optique dans cette masse et la transformation en température des signaux optiques transmis par la fibre optique. L'extrémité dévitrifiée de la fibre optique est sectionnée ou la perturbation d'une crête de mesure due à la combustion de cette fibre est éliminée. La température de la masse fondue est contrôlée au voisinage de la limite inférieure de température à laquelle la fluidité des scories peut être maintenue. En outre, la mesure de température peut être effectuée par un équipement comprenant un mécanisme d'introduction et de retrait de la fibre et un coupe-fibre.
