Abstract:
(EN) In a snow gun, each of air and water are discharged through V-jet nozzles in the form of generally flat and V-shaped jets or sprays (56, 57). The nozzles are spacially positioned and angled so that the air jet (56) intersects the water spray (57) along a line of intersection where they are of equal width. This provides efficient atomization of the water with the result that snow can be made at milder freezing temperature.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un canon à neige dans lequel l'air ainsi que l'eau sont chassés par des buses à jet en V se présentant sous forme de jets ou de pulvérisations (56, 57) d'une manière générale plats et en forme de V. Ces buses sont disposées dans l'espace et inclinées de façon que le jet d'air (56) vienne couper la pulvérisation d'eau (57) le long d'une ligne d'intersection où les jets sont d'égale largeur. Cela permet d'obtenir une atomisation efficace de l'eau avec comme résultat la possibilité de faire de la neige à une température de gel radoucie.
