Abstract:
(DE) Vorrichtung zum Schalten von Kraftfahrzeug-Wechselgetrieben, welche einen manuell betätigbaren Schalthebel aufweist, der mit der Getriebeschaltwelle über ein Gestänge zusammenwirkt, das einen auf einem kraftfahrzeugfesten Lagerbolzen angeordneten zweiarmigen Schwenkhebel (6) umfasst. Zur Schwingungsdämpfung ist der Schwenkhebel mit zwei identischen Lagerbuchsen (20) aus elastischem Material versehen, welche in die Bohrung einer Nabe des Schwenkhebels eingesetzt sind und jeweils eine zylindrische Innenhülse zur Aufnahme des Lagerbolzens, einen ersten Kranz von scheibenförmigen Stützzungen und einen zweiten Kranz von scheibenförmigen Anschlagzungen aufweisen, wobei die Stützzungen von der Innenhülse schräg abstehen, um jeweils einen spitzen Winkel mit der durch die Zungenwurzel verlaufenden Radialebene der Innenhülse einzuschliessen, und jeweils mit ihrer zur Längsachse der Innenhülse parallelen Aussenkante an der Bohrung der Nabe anliegen, während die Anschlagzungen von der Innenhülse radial abstehen und die Aussenkanten der Anschlagzungen jeweils zur progressiven Anlage an der Bohrung der Nabe vom einen Aussenkantenende zum anderen Aussenkantenende konvex gewölbt sind.
(EN) The invention concerns a device for switching motor vehicle gear change boxes, the device comprising a manual gear shift lever which co-operates with the gear change shaft via a linkage which has a two-armed tilting lever (6) disposed on a bearing bolt which is rigid with the motor vehicle. In order to dampen vibrations, the tilting lever is provided with two identical bearing bushes (20) of resilient material which are inserted in the bore in a hub of the tilting lever and each comprises a cylindrical inner sleeve for accommodating the bearing bolt, a first ring of disc-shaped support tongues and a second ring of disc-shaped stop tongues. The support tongues each project obliquely from the inner sleeve, such that they each form an acute angle with the inner sleeve radial plane passing through the root of the tongue. Furthermore, the support tongues each abut the hub bore with their outer edge which is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the inner sleeve, whilst the stop tongues project radially from the inner sleeve, and the outer edges of the stop tongues are each curved convexly from one outer edge end to the other such that they lie progressively on the hub bore.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour commuter des boîtes de vitesses d'automobiles, qui comporte un levier de changement de vitesse actionnable à la main, coopérant avec l'arbre de commande des vitesses par l'intermédiaire d'une tringlerie qui comprend un levier pivotant (6) à deux bras, monté sur un pivot solidaire de l'automobile. Pour amortir les vibrations, le levier pivotant est pourvu de deux douilles-paliers (20) identiques en matériau élastique qui sont insérées dans l'alésage d'un moyeu du levier pivotant et comportent chacune une enveloppe intérieure cylindrique destinée à recevoir le pivot, une première couronne de languettes d'appui sous forme de disques et une seconde couronne de languettes de butée sous forme de disques. Les languettes d'appui dépassent en biais de l'enveloppe intérieure, afin de former chacune un angle aigu avec le plan radial de l'enveloppe intérieure qui traverse la base des languettes, et reposent chacune sur l'alésage du moyeu par leur arête extérieure parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de l'enveloppe intérieure. Les languettes de butée dépassent dans le sens radial de l'enveloppe intérieure et leurs arêtes extérieures s'étendent sous forme convexe d'une extrémité à l'autre, pour s'appliquer progressivement sur l'alésage du moyeu.
