Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an assay system for conducting elevated temperature reactions in a fluid-tight manner within a reaction chamber, the assay system comprising: (a) a first assembly comprising the reaction chamber, and (b) a second assembly for temperature control, wherein the second assembly can be positioned adjacent to the reaction chamber. More particularly, the invention relates to an assay system comprising (a) a reaction chamber having a cover formed of a deformable material and (b) a mechanism for rapidly adjusting the temperature of the reaction chamber.
(FR) Cette invention se rapporte à un système de dosage qui permet de faire intervenir des réactions à températures élevées, de manière étanche, à l'intérieur d'une chambre de réaction. Ledit système de dosage comporte (a) un premier ensemble comprenant la chambre de réaction et (b) un second ensemble de régulation de la température que l'on peut positionner de manière adjacente à la chambre de réaction. L'invention se rapporte plus particulièrement à un système de dosage comportant (a) une chambre de réaction ayant un couvercle constitué d'une matière déformable et (b) un mécanisme permettant d'ajuster rapidement la température de la chambre de réaction.
