Abstract:
(EN) A process for preparing a compound of formula (I) wherein X is H or F, comprising: (a) alkylation of a 3-unsubstituted chiral azetidinone of formula (II) with cinnamyl bromide or 4-fluorocinnamyl bromide; (b) Wacker oxidation of the product of step (a); (c) reduction of the ketone product of step (b); and (d) debenzylation of the ketone of step (c).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé représenté par la formule (I) dans laquelle X représente H ou F. Ledit procédé consiste (a) en une alkylation d'une azétidinone chirale non substituée en 3 représentée par la formule (II) avec du bromure de cinnamyle ou du bromure de 4-fluorocinnamyle, (b) en une oxydation de Wacker du produit résultant de l'étape (a), (c) en une réduction du produit cétonique résultant de l'étape (b) et (d) en une débenzylation de la cétone de l'étape (c).
