Abstract:
(EN) A molded polymeric container includes a substantially cylindrical body portion (12) and a bottom portion (20). The bottom portion (20) includes a central pushup area (30) that is substantially symmetrical about the longitudinal axis (18), a plurality of support feet (22) separated by ribs (34). Advantageously, the radius of the pushup area (Rp) is between 10 to 50 % of the radius of the sidewall (RL) of the body portion (12). The longitudinal distance between the central point of the pushup area and the bottom of the support feet (Dp) is no more than 100 % of the radius of the pushup area (Rp). Moreover, the radius of curvature of the ribs (R5) is no less than about 70 % of the radius of the sidewall (RL) of the body portion (12).
(FR) L'invention concerne un récipient en polymère moulé comprenant un corps (12) pratiquement cylindrique et un fond (20) comprenant une zone centrale enfoncée (30), qui est sensiblement symétrique autour de l'axe longitudinal (18), et une pluralité de pieds de support (22) séparés par des nervures (34). De façon avantageuse, le rayon de la zone enfoncée (Rp) représente 10 à 50 % du rayon de la paroi latérale (RL) du corps (12).
