Abstract:
(EN) A method of producing a laminated metal sheet in which air is not likely to be held under a plastic film to reduce porosity. To laminate a metal strip (1) with a plastic film (2) on at least one side, the plastic film (2) is heated to a temperature between the glass transition point of the plastic film and a temperature at which the thermal shrinkage of the film attains 3 % when the film is kept for 30 minutes at a constant temperature, and then the plastic film under tensile stress is brought into pressure contact with the metal sheet. In this way, air is difficultly entrapped, and a laminated sheet having a low porosity can be obtained.
(FR) Procédé permettant de produire une tôle plaquée dans laquelle l'air ne risque pas d'être retenu sous une couche plastique, ce qui permet de diminuer la porosité. Pour recouvrir au moins une face d'un feuillard (1) avec une couche plastique (2), on chauffe cette dernière (2) jusqu'à une température comprise entre le point de transition vitreuse de la couche plastique et une température à laquelle le retrait par refroidissement de la couche atteint 3 % quand la couche est maintenue 30 mn à température constante. Puis on met la couche plastique sous contrainte de traction en manocontact avec la couche métallique. De cette manière, l'air est difficilement piégé et on obtient une tôle plaquée ayant une faible porosité.
