Abstract:
(DE) Im Verfahren zum Reinigen der Oberfläche (3) von Werkstücken unter Einsatz von Ultraschall und einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit (6) werden die Ultraschallschwingungen über die Reinigungsflüssigket (6) an die zu reinigende Oberfläche (3) angekoppelt. Man läßt die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (6) in einem gezielten Strahl auf die zu reinigende Oberfläche (3) strömen und koppelt gleichzeitig die Ultraschallschwingungen in diese Strömung ein. Das sehr flexibel einsetzbare Verfahren ist wenig aufwendig und erbringt eine hohe Reinigungsleistung.
(EN) The invention concerns a process for cleaning workpiece surfaces (3) using ultrasound and a cleaning fluid (6). According to the invention, the ultrasound oscillations are coupled via the cleaning fluid (6) to the surface (3) to be cleaned. The cleaning fluid (6) is allowed to flow in a targeted jet onto the surface (3) to be cleaned, and the ultrasound oscillations are simultaneously coupled into this jet. This process is very easy to carry out, is not complicated and has a good cleaning effect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de nettoyer la surface (3) de pièces à l'aide d'ultrasons, ainsi qu'un nettoyant liquide (6). Selon ce procédé, les vibrations ultrasonores sont couplées à la surface (3) à nettoyer, par l'intermédiaire du nettoyant liquide (6). Le nettoyant liquide est dirigé en jet ciblé sur la surface (3) à nettoyer et intègre simultanément les vibrations ultrasonores dans ce jet. Ce procédé est extrêmement aisé à mettre en oeuvre, peu complexe et permet d'obtenir un bon pouvoir nettoyant.
